Emergency/Standard First Aid
Emergency First Aid is for those who want a general knowledge of first aid principles and the emergency treatment of injuries. Skills include: victim assessment, CPR, choking and what to do for external bleeding, heart attack, stroke wounds and burns. Recognized by Ontario's Workplace Safety & Insurance Board.
CPR and AED Training
An AED, or automated external defibrillator, is used to help those experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. These devices are available in most locations to help save lives, but only work if there is someone trained to use them.
Community Training and Mentoring
